La Quebradita Taqueria in Homestead

We tried to find a Mexican restaurant closer to our home but we always come back because no one is as authentic Mexican food as La Quebradita. We had been coming here for years and it's always a great pleasure to eat here Fresh food and great service

The food was excellent, but the service was the worst I have ever had in Florida. The waitress brought the chips and silverware before the drinks. The food arrives and the waitress doesn't come back around for 30-45 minutes and then I had to catch her at another table. She finally brings the check and I paid immediately and 10 minutes later I get my change. The food was excellent, but the lunch service was horrible. I definitely will never go there for my lunch hour again.

Great place. I went here for breakfast, and it was really good. I enjoyed it. The service was great and they allow you to dine inside or outside. When I went it wasn't crowded but I've been told that this place get busy during the day. I would highly recommend it if you want to try great Mexican food for either breakfast or lunch.

Great restaurant with an authentic Mexican flavor. Never disappoints. Great food, good service and a casual atmosphere, makes it a perfect place to relax and have a great time if you are willing to make the drive to Homestead.

Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Portions are regular. Not enough to share or take home.

I’m a SoCal native who just recently moved to Florida & this was definitely some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in Florida, the portions are a pretty good for the price! The horchata is AMAZING! It doesn’t taste like pancake batter the way some knock off restaurants do. The restaurant is a bit small & at night gets pretty busy so if you don’t want to sit outside I’d call ahead to try & get a table but aside from that the staff is fairly friendly, efficient & the food tastes GREAT! (Wish I would have gotten pics of the food but I was too excited to wait lol)

My parents have been coming in for years partly due to their dog friendly patio. It's now a favorite of mine as well due to their tasty food and sweet servers.

Food and service are great! We were nervous when we first arrived because we were the only people there but the place was almost full when we left.I'd give it 5 stars if the tables were a little larger.

I have always gone here for the “Enchiladas Suiza” they are amazing and after I’m done I have left over sour cream, cheese, and lengua. I always mix it with the rice and it is amazing! It is very appetizing and the service is always amazing! Such kind, generous people. I definitely will continue to go!

Our waitress (might have been manager?) was very friendly, the huevos rancheros was good, my friends got chicken which they liked. But nothing special on both fronts. One order of chips was a bit stale as well. However, 4 stars for the delicious beans, spicey salsas, great service, and good ambiance on the patio.

Service was ok but our food was very salty. We couldn't even eat it. My husband's iced tea was too sweet. We will not be visiting again.

The food is regularly well prepared and flavorful, staff members provides awesome customer service. I love how neat it is and mood. Keep up the good work.

Shrimp fajitas are the best.

It’s my first time And definitely will be back the chile relleno the tongue tacos the best. Also We try the menudo soup . Excellent Service Lupita Very good waitress very fast. Very exited to come back .Place excellent we seat outside keeping distance . Love all.

One of the best beef flautas in town !! Service is super friendly & fast. Beer is ICE COLD. Outside patio area is super charming, cool & shady. Music & t.v. were a bit loud & annoying.

Went there for dinner with family when I was on a vacation in Florida last week. Service was bad. We weren't asked for our drinks order or even offered water while we waited for our takeout order. The food was terrible. It was tasteless and cold. Chicken was undercooked. I have had Mexican cuisine many times before and this has been the only restaurant that has disappointed me.

Taco Bell would be a much better choice! The waitress only visits three times. Once to get your order, once to bring the drinks and chips, and once to drop off the food. There is no follow up to see how the food is. There is no refills on drinks, including water. The service is forgotten after the food arrives. If you want any attention, get up as if you are leaving. As for the food it is mediocre at best and far overpriced for the quality. Homestead has far better options. If you like spicy food, it is not here. The salsa is tomato paste. We intended to leave no tip for the lousy service, but surprise they automatically added in gratuity of $7!! Post payment receipts not available for reason?? Will be checking the bank account later. Again, try Taco Bell instead.

Amazing food. This is the best Mexican food I have ever had. Rice was cooked perfect and not dry. I also had a fajita. It was moist, had great flavor and the veggies were a perfect tender crisp. So good.

My favorite dish is definitely “The Tampiquena“ The Churasco is premium quality!! So juicy and full of taste !! I love it!! On the weekends there “tacos de carnitas “ to die for!!! All there food is amazing !! You have to try it!!

Loved the gorditas and sopes. I will definitely come back. I recommend the “lengua” and chorizo.Very gorgeous and family friendly restaurant. The waiters are very helpful explaining all the dishes.

Finally made it to Yardie Spice for lunch today!We ordered the curry goat ( had a nice little kick to it and definitely worthy to come back for) and the griot which is fried pork chunks and topped with some sort of fine grated pickled cabbage). Both dishes come with a side of rice and beans and a salad. Planning to work my way thru the menu. Everything was delish

Real mexican food w/ homemade taste and fresh ingredients. We ordered the enchiladas and they were amazing! not to mention one of the best mole I have had in years! Will definitely come back. Worth every penny spent at this place.

I like the variety it has on it's menu as far as anything taco related goes. It has a nice atmosphere to sit outside. Our waitress was nice and the order came in a timely manner. The food we all ordered was really good and I would return another day.

NO REFILLS ON WATER. Seriously? You have to ration your drink to be able to eat. No kind of white queso dip whatsoever. The only cheese "dip" is basically a bag of shredded cheese dumped into a bowl and melted. Was not good. No refills on chips and salsa and it was a small bit to begin with. Not checked on after everything delivered but honestly if you cant get refills on even water in a cup then why bother checking on someone. Sweet tea was like a lemon/fruit tea it tasted like, not good. Chimichanga was sad, I'm used to fried, this was softly fried or not at all. Also needed the white queso to be a real chimichanga. Best thing is the rice and beans but how bad can anyone really screw that up. Its not good when you cant wait to be done eating your food.

This spot never fails to impress. They serve great dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is loaded.
